Outdoor Dining Opportunities – Alfresco City

The City of Sydney is welcoming applications from cafes, bars, restaurants and cultural venues who wish to trade for more hours and extend their dining space outdoors, and/or to take over car parking space for outdoor dining. Post lockdown, venues in the city centre can also host performances in outdoor dining areas.

Outdoor Foyer Options for Cultural Venues

The City of Sydney is welcoming proposals from theatres, music venues, galleries and other businesses that host events who wish to use footpaths for hosting patrons, to help with social distancing for those attending performances. Venues across the City of Sydney area can apply. If your venue is in a residential area there may be extra conditions.
