Terms & Conditions of Membership

  • There is a limitation of one NTIA Membership per organisation application.
  • Each applicant must nominate an individual as their Representative. Any changes to the Representative must be advised in writing to the NTIA (including via email) and acknowledged by the NTIA in response.
  • Employees of the member’s organisation will receive access to the ‘Member Portal’.
  • The NTIA maintains the right to reject any Membership application.
  • Upon receipt and approval of this application:
    • an invoice will be forwarded for the applicable membership annual fee plus GST, and for the joining fee plus GST (as applicable, equal to 10% of annual fee). Please kindly pay within the payment terms listed on the invoice.
    • the applicant shall become a Member of the NTIA from the Start Date advised by the NTIA.
  • Only Representatives of Financial Members or Financial Members of the Organisation are eligible to attend and be entitled to be heard and to vote at Meetings of the NTIA.
  • Payments of annual fees and joining fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Notice

Cancellation of Membership to be made in writing or via email to secretary@ntia.org.com and delivered to the NTIA at least 1 calendar month prior to the End Date. Memberships will be renewed annually in the absence of any such notification.
